CES hotel suites: what each resort allows
CES puts hospitality suites in nine resorts, and each hotel sets its own suite rules in the CES 2027 exhibitor guides. These are the rules that catch people out. Each rule names its hotels and links one guide; your own suite guide has the final word.

What to know
- No freight to any suite
Every CES 2027 suite guide bans freight (crates, pallets and skids) to suites, because a suite can't be used to exhibit equipment or products. Freeman won't deliver to suites either, so don't send suite material to the show warehouse.

- Venetian, Palazzo and Fontainebleau: 200 lbs, single boxes
The FedEx centers at Venetian and Fontainebleau take only single boxes of up to 50 lbs, and no more than 200 lbs per shipment in total. Anything else is refused when the carrier delivers it, and Venetian charges receiving fees.

- Wynn, Encore and Resorts World: five boxes, 250 lbs
The business centers take five single boxes of up to 50 lbs each, 250 lbs in total per suite. Ship to the business center in the tower where your suite is.

- ARIA and Vdara: every package pays a handling fee
The business center charges per package received: $18 for 1.1 to 15 lbs, rising to $135 for 100.1 to 150 lbs, then $135 per 100 lbs above that. Ten boxes add up fast.

- Audio visual is exclusive to the hotel
Each hotel names an exclusive AV provider: Encore at ARIA, Bellagio, Vdara and Fontainebleau, and the in-house team at Venetian, Wynn, Resorts World and Westgate. Venetian and Westgate ban outside AV companies outright, and orders placed on site cost more.

- Food: hotel only, and the deadlines are in December
Outside food and drink is banned in the suites at Venetian, Wynn, Resorts World, Fontainebleau, Westgate and Cosmopolitan. Order deadlines: Fontainebleau and Resorts World Dec. 1, Venetian Dec. 4 (20% surcharge after), Westgate Dec. 11, Wynn and Encore Dec. 14 by 5 PM (then a $100 late fee per request through Dec. 20), Cosmopolitan Dec. 16.

- Your guests can't reach your floor on their own
Badged attendees can ride to suite floors during show hours, 9 AM to 6 PM. Outside those hours you must post your own elevator attendant at Venetian, Wynn, Westgate and Vdara. At Resorts World and Cosmopolitan, floors stay key-carded even during show hours, so you need an attendant all day (Cosmopolitan floors 15 and 16 are the exception).

- Fontainebleau: two people at the elevators
Fontainebleau floors are key-carded, so you must station two staff at the elevators, or hire two Fontainebleau security officers at $65 an hour with a 4-hour minimum, ordered with a guest list at least 45 business days before arrival. Every guest then needs a CES badge and an ID matching the list.

- ARIA and Bellagio: two attendants per company
Elevator attendants and brand ambassadors are capped at two per exhibiting company, not two per suite, and every one must be registered through exhibitor badge registration. At Wynn and Encore, escorts and brand ambassadors aren't allowed in the Tower Suites lobby at all.

- Signs stay inside the suite
At Cosmopolitan, Fontainebleau and Westgate, easels and signs can't go in hallways, elevator banks, the casino or lobbies, and hotel security removes any it finds. At the Cosmopolitan, signs must also be free-standing, can't touch anything in the suite, and the hotel has no easels to lend.

- Vdara: moving furniture costs thousands
At Vdara, CES 2027 suites can have furniture removed, priced per room whatever the number of items: $6,300 for a bedroom or living room if ordered by Friday, Nov. 13, $7,350 by Nov. 27 and $8,400 by Dec. 4, and $6,825 to $8,925 for a dining room. Nothing can be scheduled or changed after Dec. 4, and missing the 3 PM move-out for the suite flip brings fees starting at $1,500.

- Vdara: food minimums and a December 4 cutoff
Vdara suites order food only through the hotel, with up to three deliveries a day. Orders submitted between Oct. 31 and Dec. 4, 2026 carry a minimum of $1,000++ per day per suite and are due by 5 PM PT on Dec. 4. New orders through Dec. 11 pay a $500 late fee, each change costs $250, and nothing is accepted after Dec. 11.

- Leave the furniture where it is
Cosmopolitan and Fontainebleau can't remove suite furniture and don't let you move it, and Fontainebleau charges furniture movement fees if you do. Venetian charges your card for unauthorized furniture movement found after checkout.

- Small meetings, not parties
Cosmopolitan suites are for intimate gatherings only: no large receptions, meetings between 8 AM and 10 PM, music off by 10 PM and no dance floors. Branding needs the hotel's written approval, and directional signs need it 60 days ahead.

- Keys, deposits and your own trash
Fontainebleau hands out at most 6 keys per suite, and only to names sent by Dec. 1 (otherwise only the main booth contact). Fontainebleau and Venetian take a $150 per day incidentals deposit at check-in and don't accept checks. Packing and build trash can't go in hotel dumpsters, so plan to haul it out.
