Information on the site

Independent guide, not affiliated with any venue, show, or the LVCVA. We source and date every rule, but rules change. Your show's exhibitor manual, your contracts and the agencies that issue permits are the final word. Check with them before you rely on anything here.

The planning tools and assistant give estimates and guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice.

Vendors, gigs and the marketplace

We connect exhibitors, organizers, vendors and workers. We aren't a party to the deals they make, we don't employ gig workers, and we aren't an agent for performers. Agree on scope, price, insurance and paperwork directly with each other.

A review badge means we checked what the badge describes on the date we checked it. It isn't a guarantee of a vendor's work. Vendors can't pay for a badge or a better rating.

Marketplace sellers are responsible for what they list and for the condition of what they sell.

Payments

Vendor invoices are paid through Stripe, and the platform fee shown to vendors is deducted from each payout. Refunds and disputes are between the customer and the vendor, subject to Stripe's rules.

What you post

Post only what's true and yours to share. No spam, scams, harassment, other people's personal information, or links meant to trick people. Reviews must describe a real purchase.

You keep ownership of what you post and let us show it on the site. We may hide or remove posts, reviews, requests or accounts that break these rules.
