What your booth space actually includes
Renting booth space usually gets you floor and drape, not a booth. What's included varies by show, and the most common surprise is that the floor under your booth has no carpet. These rules come from the 2027 Freeman show pages for each show named. Check your own show's page before you ship.

What to know
- NAB Show 2027: bring your own floor
NAB Show 2027 says its exhibit area is not carpeted and requires every exhibitor to provide flooring. A standard 10 by 10 there gets an 8-foot gray and white back drape, 3-foot gray side drapes and, for booths of 300 sq. ft. or less, an ID sign.
