Booth flooring: when carpet is required
Many Las Vegas exhibit halls carpet only the aisles, and many shows require you to cover your booth floor. The rules change by show and even by building, so each rule below names the show and the 2027 page it comes from.

- CES 2027: only the aisles are carpeted
At the LVCC and Venetian Expo, CES 2027 carpets only the aisles, so your booth floor is bare unless you order flooring or ship your own. Your own carpet must reach the Freeman warehouse by Dec. 4 to be in your booth on your target date.

- Caesars Forum booths sit on venue carpet
Freeman's SHOT Show 2027 page for Caesars Forum says booths there sit on the venue's own multi-colored carpet, so a show split across buildings can have different floor rules in each.

- No bare concrete, no area rugs
ACT Expo 2027 says you must cover your whole booth with professional carpet or flooring, with no bare concrete or area rugs, or Freeman installs carpet at your cost.

- Miss the deadline and carpet is installed for you
At TPE 2027, every booth must be carpeted or have flooring, with no exposed concrete. If flooring is not down by 8 PM the day before the show opens, Shepard installs carpet and bills you directly.

- Foam squares count, a blanket doesn't
WVC Vegas 2027 says no concrete should show in your booth. You can rent flooring from Fern or bring your own carpet or foam squares, as long as it looks professional: laying down a blanket doesn't count, and a bare booth gets carpet at your expense.

- Edge to edge, with safe edges
Light + Intelligent Building North America 2027 says floor covering must fill your whole space edge to edge, and raised floors or thick padding need hazard tape or a bumper edge. Show management can install carpet at your expense if your flooring is inadequate.

GES says flooring is mandatory in every WasteExpo 2027 booth at the LVCC, and that the returning aisle carpet can delay move-out and crate return by up to an hour.
