Fontainebleau has a Vegas Loop station on Level V1, reached from the South Lobby, serving the LVCC, Wynn, Encore and Resorts World. Check that it's running for your show.

- What your booth includes
Each 10 by 10 comes with a 6-foot table with white draping, two side chairs, a listing in the expo directory and app, a pre-show attendee list (no phone or email), one full registration and three hall passes.

- Hall passes vs. registration
The full registration covers the expo, learning labs and general sessions. Hall passes cover the expo on Monday, March 1 and Tuesday, March 2 only, and can't be put toward a full registration.

- Carpet
The ballroom is carpeted, mostly in blue. You can order carpet or flooring through the GES services kit or bring your own.

- Internet
The hotel's guest Wi-Fi is for hotel guests only. Wired and Wi-Fi service can be ordered for your booth through the exhibitor services kit, and ICBA recommends ordering it if you run demos.

- Staff registration
Register all booth staff on ICBA's own forms, not through Cvent. Registrations received after February 10, 2027 carry a $50 late fee, including onsite.

- Insurance certificate
Every exhibitor must send a certificate of liability insurance by January 29, 2027, listing your company, ICBA and the venue under Description of Operations.

- Shipping
ICBA encourages sending advance freight to the GES advance warehouse. Book your outbound carrier for the close of show; freight not picked up in time can be forwarded or warehoused by GES at your cost.

- No children during setup
No one under 18 is allowed in the exhibit hall during booth setup.

- Attendee lists and scams
ICBA emails exhibitors a mailing list of registered bankers about three weeks out, and asks you not to email or text its members. ICBA does not sell lists, so emails offering one are fraudulent.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show
- Fire permits
Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

- Selling on the floor
If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
