Freeman lists the exhibit hall open 9 AM to 5 PM on March 3 and 4, 2027, and 9 AM to 3 PM on March 5. Move-out runs from 3 PM on March 5 through 2 PM on March 7.

- Bring flooring
The exhibit area is not carpeted (only the aisles are), and show management requires every exhibitor to provide flooring for the booth.

- What a standard booth includes
Each 10 by 10 gets an 8-foot black back drape and 3-foot black side drape. Booths of 300 sq. ft. or less get an ID sign; larger booths get one on request. Freeman's discount price deadline is January 28, 2027.

- Targeted move-in by hall
Move-in follows targets by booth size and location, starting Thursday, February 25 at 1 PM for Halls A and B, Friday, February 26 for Hall C (the FAQ lists 1:00 a.m.) and Saturday, February 27 at 1 PM for Hall D. Every booth must be fully installed by 5 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2027. Your own target is in the exhibitor service manual.

- Dismantle and outbound paperwork
Dismantling starts at 3 PM on Friday, March 5, 2027. Everything must be dismantled and packed, with an outbound bill of lading presented to the Exhibitor Service Center, by 2 PM on Sunday, March 7.

- Height limits
Linear booths may reach 8 feet in the rear half of the booth and 4 feet within 5 feet of the front aisle, with no hanging signs or lights. Island booths may reach 25 feet to the top of the hanging sign; lighting and truss may go higher but can't extend past the booth's edges.

- Five badges per 100 sq. ft., no extras
Exhibitors get five complimentary badges per 100 sq. ft., and AAOS doesn't provide or sell more, at its members' request. Name changes and badge exchanges are free online; a badge already printed must be brought to Exhibitor Registration, in Level 2, Lobby C, with proof of affiliation and photo ID.

- Book only through onPeak
onPeak is the only official housing provider. AAOS says any other agency claiming to be a partner is fraudulent, and booking through another agency or directly with a hotel may cost priority points for 2028. Housing rates run until February 9, 2027, based on availability.

- Space cost and cancellations
Space is $40 per sq. ft., plus $200 for each open corner on a linear booth. From November 6, 2026, AAOS keeps 100% of exhibit space fees on a cancellation.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show
- Fire permits
Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

- Selling on the floor
If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
