Full booth payment due
From February 1, 2027, ABC takes full payment at registration instead of a deposit.
Dates come from the show's own manual. They can change, so confirm each one in your exhibitor manual before you rely on it.

- Parking
Self-parking for non-hotel guests is $20 a day Monday to Thursday and $25 Friday to Sunday, with no in and out. Valet is $40 a day. MGM says rates may be higher during special events.

- Show hours
ABC lists exhibit hours of 9 AM to 5 PM on Wednesday the 12th and Thursday the 13th, and 9 AM to 1 PM on Friday the 14th.

- Booth price and payment
Booth space is $30 per sq. ft., plus $350 for a corner and $2,000 for an island. Registering takes a $500 deposit, with full payment due January 31, 2027. From February 1, 2027, full payment is due at registration.

- What each booth type includes
A standard 10 by 10 comes with pipe and drape (8 feet at the back, 3 feet at the sides) and free Wi-Fi. A tabletop booth is a 4-foot freestanding kiosk with a stool, free Wi-Fi and one badge, reserved for first-time exhibitors or brands with one or two SKUs. An island is raw space with free Wi-Fi and no pipe and drape.

- Badges
Each 10 by 10 gets two free exhibitor badges. Extra badges are $59 each, with no limit.

- Display heights
Inline displays may not rise above the 8-foot pipe and drape. Islands run from 20 by 20 to 50 by 50 or larger, with a 10-foot aisle around them, and show management must approve the display height in advance.

- No sharing a booth
One exhibitor or brand must occupy all of its booth space. Sharing, marketing another brand or suitcasing in your space is not allowed.

- Advance warehouse
Material handling through the advance warehouse is optional, at $1.93 per pound round trip.

- Insurance and hotel scams
Every exhibitor needs general liability insurance and must submit a certificate by the deadline. ABC says any lower hotel offer or solicitation from a third party should be treated as fraudulent.

- Move-in and move-out
Move-in is 8 AM to 8 PM on Monday, May 10 and Tuesday, May 11, 2027. Booths must stay set and staffed until the show ends at 1 PM on Friday, May 14, and move-out runs 1 PM to 11 PM that day. Empty containers stored with Fern can take 3 to 5 hours to come back.

- Floors are bare cement
Booths are raw space and Mandalay Bay's floors are cement. Carpet isn't included or required, but ABC strongly recommends a floor covering. Fern is the show contractor, and you may also bring your own or use your own exhibitor appointed contractor.

- Hand-carrying
You may hand-carry your own materials from the parking garage only, in your hands or in two-wheel rolling cases. Hand trucks, four-wheel carts and show-floor dollies are not allowed.

- Insurance limits
Every exhibitor must carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

- No Mylar or helium balloons
There are no material limits on booth builds beyond fire hazards, but Mylar and helium-filled balloons are not permitted.

- Internet and power
The hall has free hotel Wi-Fi. For more reliable internet, or for electricity, order from Encore through the Mandalay Bay service center.

- Emerging brand kiosks
Kiosk exhibitors get a 4-foot freestanding kiosk and a stool in a space 6 feet wide by 5 feet deep.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show
- Fire permits
Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

- Selling on the floor
If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
