Trucks, carriers and the marshalling yard
At many big Las Vegas shows, trucks don't drive straight to the dock. They check in at a marshalling yard and wait for a slot, and at move-out a carrier that misses its check-in time can leave your freight rerouted or warehoused at your cost. Each rule below names the show or venue and the page it comes from.

What to know
- Mandalay Bay: no waiting on the street
There's no truck staging around the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and Las Vegas Metro police ticket trucks parked on surrounding streets. Your contractor must arrange an off-site marshalling area and send trucks only when the ramp has space.
