Self-parking for non-hotel guests is $20 a day Monday to Thursday and $25 Friday to Sunday, with no in and out. Valet is $40 a day. MGM says rates may be higher during special events.

- Set up by noon Tuesday
Every booth must be set up by noon on Tuesday, February 16, 2027, the first show day. A booth that isn't is treated as a no-show: the booth and payment are forfeited and WPMA can reassign the space, unless you arranged otherwise.

- Leaving early costs $500
It's a three-day show, and an exhibitor who dismantles before the trade show closes may be fined $500 and loses priority points.

- Heights
Anything taller than the 4-foot side drape must sit in the back 4 feet of the booth and can't exceed 8 feet, under the IAEE line-of-sight guidelines. Island booths renting carpet must order it to the exact booth size.

- Under 16
No one under 16 is allowed on the floor during setup and teardown. During show hours, children under 16 must be with a registered, responsible adult.

- No cash-and-carry
Exhibitors may not sell cash-and-carry products from the booth.

- Insurance by January 29
Every exhibiting company needs $1,000,000 general liability, $100,000 workers' compensation and $1,000,000 business auto liability, naming WPMA, the host hotel and Freeman as additional insureds. The certificate must cover February 14 to 19, 2027 and reach WPMA by Friday, January 29, 2027.

- Freight goes to Freeman
The hotel can't accept or store large shipments ahead of the show, so consign exhibit material to Freeman, the designated contractor. Its exhibitor service manual goes up on wpmaexpo.com after December 1.

- Vehicles on display
Display vehicles need fuel caps locked or sealed, batteries disconnected and less than a quarter tank of fuel, and must be ready to move in at 6 AM on the Sunday before the show opens.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show
- Fire permits
Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

- Selling on the floor
If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
