Other shows on the same days

HLTH USA 2026, ISSA Show North America 2026 and Wedding MBA 2026 also run during RE+ 2026. With several shows in town, hotel rooms, rental cars and local crews go fast, so book early.

Also in town that week

Big citywide events push up hotel rates and fill rooms, crews and roads. Book early and allow extra travel time.

These are summaries with links to the organizer's own pages. The exhibitor manual is the binding version. Anything marked not yet confirmed is still being checked.

What your booth includes

Each 10 by 10 is set with an 8-foot blue back drape, 3-foot blue side drape and a booth number floor sticker. Booths of 300 sq. ft. or less get an ID sign; larger booths can request one. Flooring, electrical and furnishings are yours to provide or order.

Insurance

Exhibitor insurance is included in the cost of your space, so exhibitors don't send show management a certificate. Exhibitor appointed contractors had to file one through the EAC portal by October 26, 2026.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show

Fire permits

Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

Selling on the floor

If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
