Crated freight of 25 lb or more. Shipments under 25 lb are a flat $30.25 each. The higher rate is GES's non-standard rate, for freight off its target dates or not crated.
Labor rates for this show aren't published where we can check them, so this covers material handling only.
From the rates published for OFFPRICE Show February 2027 at LVCC (GES). Electrical, booth space, your booth, travel and shipping to the warehouse are extra, and so are labor minimums, supervision and special handling surcharges. Small shipments may be billed at a minimum charge. Your contractor's invoice and order forms are the final word.
