- Freight
In the 2025 manual, the Freeman warehouse did not accept uncrated freight, and every shipment needed a certified weight ticket. Check the 2026 manual.

- Booth height
In the 2025 manual, back walls could go to 10 feet without penalty and inline booths over 14 feet were not allowed. Check the 2026 manual.

- Badges
In the 2025 manual, exhibitor staff had to wear their badge at all times in the hall, and badges were not transferable.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show
- Fire permits
Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

- Selling on the floor
If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
