Getting there
- Getting around the campus
The Vegas Loop's five LVCC stations (South, Central Underground, Central Plaza, West and Riviera) connect the halls, and rides between them are free. The Boring Company sets the price of trips off campus.

About 5,300 spaces across the Silver, Bronze, Platinum, Diamond, Blue, Orange and White lots. The LVCVA brochure lists no parking rates; check your show's travel page.

- Monorail stations and hours
Seven stations from south to north: MGM Grand, Horseshoe/Paris, Flamingo/Caesars Palace, Harrah's/The LINQ, Boingo Station at LVCC, Westgate and SAHARA. Trains run from 7 am, until midnight on Mondays, 2 am Tuesday to Thursday and 3 am Friday to Sunday, with extended hours during some big shows.

GES lists the show open 10 AM to 5 PM on April 21, 2027 and 10 AM to 3 PM on April 22, in the LVCC West Hall, with move-in April 19 and 20.

- Flooring is mandatory
The hall isn't carpeted, and flooring is mandatory in every booth.

- A furnished booth package
Booths under 400 sq. ft. get black drape, a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket and an ID sign per 10 by 10; larger booths get one table, chair and sign package in total. Arts and crafts booths get blue drape and a blue table.

- Contractor insurance 10 days out
Any exhibitor appointed contractor needs a current certificate of insurance on file with GES or show management at least 10 days before the first move-in day, or it won't be allowed into the facility. You may move in your own booth materials yourself.

Connections Housing is the official housing company for attendees and exhibitors, and the show's FAQ says it was still negotiating rates at hotels near the LVCC.

- Booth price and package
Booth space is $4,725 per 100 sq. ft. for non-members, $3,800 for Indian Gaming Association associate members and $3,725 for tribally owned enterprises, plus a $399 marketing package for new exhibitors. Each package includes two chairs, a 6-foot skirted table and a wastebasket.

- Passes and badges
Each booth package comes with two conference passes (floor and sessions) and four booth staff badges (floor only), and exhibitors can invite qualified customers to the floor free. The Converge+ lead capture app costs $388.

- Payment and list scams
The organizer, Clarion Events, warns that scammers send fake change-of-payment requests, sometimes from look-alike domains, so call before paying. The show doesn't rent its attendee list, and Connections Housing is its only approved housing vendor.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show
- Fire permits
Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

- Selling on the floor
If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
