- Exhibitor hall access
Exhibitors can enter from 7 am Tuesday and 8 am Wednesday and Thursday. IMEX asks exhibitors to arrive before 9 am.

Las Vegas rules that apply to every show
- Fire permits
Clark County requires a fire permit for indoor trade shows with an occupant load of 300 or more. Larger shows submit a floor plan showing booths, aisles and exits, so keep your booth inside its approved footprint and your aisles clear.

- Selling on the floor
If you sell goods at a show, you collect Nevada sales tax and hand a one-time return to the promoter before you leave. Sell at more than two Nevada events in 12 months and you need your own sales tax permit.
