Putting a vehicle in your booth

Leer en español

A car, truck or motorcycle in your booth needs more paperwork than any other display, and the fuel limit changes with the building. These rules come from each venue's own guide or a 2027 show's rules, named in each rule. Your show manual and the fire marshal have the final word.

Have the booth ready first

At ACT Expo 2027, vehicles check in at the Freeman marshalling yard and roll in only once electrical, flooring and hanging signs are installed and empty freight is gone. They sit 10 inches back from the aisle, can't be started during show hours, and trailers can't be left on LVCC grounds.

Tell the show early

PPAI Expo 2027 at Mandalay Bay requires a Vehicle Display Request for any car, motorcycle or electric vehicle in a booth, and warns that applying for county permits less than three weeks before move-in can mean higher fees or the item being kept off the floor.
