What to know

Exhibitors giving away food or drink at the LVCC must email a Food and Beverage Sampling and Onsite Preparation Approval form to the LVCVA. Alcohol needs separate approval.

Temporary food permits for events are issued by the Southern Nevada Health District. Vendors get their own permits through SNHD, and an event coordinator handles food operations for events with several food vendors.
