Booth cleaning and trash

Leer en español

Shows clean the aisles, not your booth, and trash left behind becomes a bill. These rules come from each show's own 2026 or 2027 rules, named in each rule.

What to know

Booth cleaning isn't included

At WVC Vegas 2027, the show vacuums and clears trash from the aisles only. Booth cleaning isn't part of the space fee and is handled exclusively by the convention center's vendor, so order vacuuming after setup, before opening day and as often as needed.

CES 2027: you wipe, Freeman vacuums

At CES 2027, exhibitors may clean and wipe down products, merchandise and the exhibit itself, but all booth vacuuming and porter service belongs to Freeman. Outside contractors (EACs) can't vacuum or use floor cleaning equipment on the show floor.

Vision Expo 2027: order it from the Venetian

At Vision Expo 2027, crews clean the aisles each day before opening and during show hours. You may wipe down your products and the parts of your exhibit Freeman didn't install, but vacuuming, shampooing and trash removal inside your booth are ordered from the Venetian Expo.

Bulk trash has to be pre-ordered

RE+ 2026 defines bulk trash as anything larger than 3 by 3 by 3 feet, and exhibitors who generate it must pre-order cleaning to remove it during move-in or move-out. Charges can include installation and dismantle labor, forklift and rigging labor, a dumpster fee and equipment.

Leave it behind and pay within 30 days

At RE+ 2026, anything left after the published move-out time is discarded as trash at the exhibitor's expense. The trash fee is mandatory, is due within 30 days after the show, and not paying it can cost you the right to exhibit at future RE+ events.
